Each event and host need is unique, so let us walk you through the best options for your event and your budget. Bar service pricing starts at $600 for beer and wine service.
Choose your service options
In order to provide you the best estimate of costs of services, we ask that you provide the following:
What are you serving your clients? (beer, wine, mixed drinks, non-alcoholic options, or signature cocktails?
What are the hours of service?
How many guests are expected?
Our standard bartending services include: service for beer and wine, set-up/clean up, 2 licensed and insured bartenders for over 30 guests, all cups, napkins, bar supplies, bar ice and coolers, general/liquor liability insurance, and travel up to 30 miles.
**If you are interested in having a cash bar, we collaborate with a local bar/restaurant to coordinate. If this is of interest, we can discuss. Otherwise, all services are expected to be a “dry” hire, which means the host provides all alcohol and no cash services are provided.
Why is the cost of alcohol not included in our packages?
In the State of Indiana, all booze must be purchased and delivered by the client and remain separate from our bar services. The good news is: you can purchase your alcohol at lower prices AND the leftovers are yours to keep! Sometimes, you can even return the unopened surplus. What’s great? You choose your booze that fits within your budget!
